| Development and Implementation |
On any project, there are always too many things to do and not enough hours in the day to complete them. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. recognizes that preparation and organization early and throughout the project will result in a more efficient construction process. We have proven processes in place for the proper scheduling of your construction needs from start to finish.
When developing a construction schedule, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. compiles a list of all activities required to complete the project, such as, the duration each activity will take to complete and the dependencies between the activities. With our experience, we believe a project’s success rides on the team’s ability to plan ahead. Listed below are a few techniques we use and to the left is a sample of our construction schedule:

Game Plan Meeting (Bring the Team Together) - In this step, we review and look for ways to improve the schedule with the project participants, suppliers and all stakeholders.

Weekly Plan (Short Term Focus) - Next is developing the "Two-Week Look Ahead Schedule." Our Project Managers develop this schedule and include all project participants on construction activities that are scheduled to happen during the next two weeks of the project.

Daily Plan of Attack (Do It Today) - This schedule is developed by the Project Superintendent and Crew Leaders of the construction project. The team utilizes this to review daily goals and objectives. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. believes a daily focus on the work-at-hand is the best way to enhance performance on any project.

| Making the Improbable, Possible |
Ayars & Ayars, Inc. faced the seemingly impossible task of completing Sterling Public School’s building addition and school renovation project during the summer of 2005. Demolition started the last day of school, April 22, 2005, and the construction maintained on schedule and was ready to open for the start of the new school year on September 6, 2005. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. delivered this facility on schedule and within budget; thus, allowing the school district to furnish the facility and buy additional equipment for the students and staff..
