Self Performed Work

Our core business belief is that design / build construction is similar to a team sport. Success requires vision, dedication, teamwork, coordination, sacrifice, plus a deep respect and appreciation for each other's talents. Self-performing field work keeps us constantly aware of the jobsite challenges encountered by our subcontractors and vendors. We are constantly investigating and implementing manpower coordination and technological advances that deliver the highest quality to our customers. Typically the four scopes that we self-perform are:

Masonry
Our team has over 100 years of hands-on experience with all types of masonry products.

Metal Erection
Our expertise has allowed us to earn large projects of hundreds of thousands of square feet from many pre-engineered metal building manufacturers throughout the United States.

Carpentry
Many of our craftsmen have been certified by the AGC (Associated General Contractors). We perform rough framing and trim carpentry.

Concrete
We have more ACI (American Concrete Institute) certified concrete personnel than anyone in the state and enhance that team with a full-time concrete quality control person. Together this team produces flat-work , poured walls, foundations and concrete toppings year round.
