Brigade Headquarters - Fort Riley

Ayars & Ayars, Inc was please to be selected as part of the design-build team for the new Brigade Headquarters as well as three other facilities at Fort Riley. Utilizing design-build allowed work to begin on the building shell while interior finishes are finalized. The US Army, like many other governmental agencies realizes design-build promotes faster occupancy, higher quality workmanship and lower cost than other delivery methods.
