Dorchester Public School

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. believes this is one of the first schools in Nebraska built using the design-build project delivery method. Dorchester voters determined the best way to provide quality education for their students was to demolish the original structure and replace it with an addition featuring both elementary and high school classrooms, multi-purpose room with stage, library and administrative offices. Dorchester families believe that our team’s proposal to construct a new facility was the best way to provide students a well-designed school while making the most efficient use of limited taxpayer dollars.
