Union College - Reiner Wellness Center

Union College had a plan to develop a new multi-functional wellness center. This plan is finally coming to life and soon will be completed. A new 57,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building

Central Lumber Sales Inc.

Central Lumber Sales will soon be consolidateing it's current five buildings under the 122,500 sq. ft. new facility. Ayars & Ayars, Inc.'s project team worked closely witht the Owner to make sure the layout, size and features of the building met the Owner's needs. This facility not only will have enough room for their warehouse of products, but plenty of office and conference space along with a fenced in storage area.

Warroad Community Childcare Center

This project is a 9,141 sq. ft. wood framced childcare center serving 114 children in the Warroad community. the building consists of two infant, two toddler, two pre-school rooms and one school age classroom which also serves as a large motor room. The center is filled with many amentities including covered dropoff space protecting families from inclimate weather, fenced in playground space with patio, commerical kitchen for daily meals and a Mother's/Sensory room. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. knowledge of the childcare industry allowed us the ability to meet the client's budget, obtain the desired building aesthetics and fullfill the childcare capacity needsd for the Warroad Community.

Makovicka Physical Therapy

We've teamed up with Makovicka Physical Therapy once again to complete this tenant finish in Bennington, NE. Amenities inlcude new flooring for safety and comfort, fresh paint on new walls to create a calming atomsphere and a completyly new reception area to serve patients and their families in a more efficient and welcoming manner. The aim of this comprehensive project is to improve the aesthetics and funcctionality of the clinic and create a modern, welcoming and patient-focused environment.

Ready Mixed Concrete

Ready Mixed Concrete is growning and it's time to build a new plant in northeast Lincoln. This new plant will be completed later this summer.
