Gables Memory Care

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. worked with The Gables of Overland Park to construct an addition of 11,760 sq. ft. that is now attached to their existing facility. Prior to the building process, the existing parking lot was relocated. Now that the project is complete, it includes 18 new resident living quarters, a conference room, along with a living and dining area big enough to accommodate all of the residents at The Gables of Overland Park.
