It’s March Madness time and basketball fans and players are eager to get their fix of the sport in a facility that is large enough and versatile enough for a multitude of in-game situations. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. knows this to be true for sports fanatics year-round, and in its latest project with Speedway Properties, the Design-Build process was organized with both sports fans and players in mind.

Speedway Village is the hub of everything sports in Lincoln, NE. We were excited to execute the tenant finish for their basketball / volleyball sports complex. The facility consists of eight basketball courts or 12 volleyball courts, and two collegiate sized courts are also possible. There are also three mezzanines which can accommodate around 1,300 visitors. This facility now provides a great venue to host major volleyball or basketball events right in the heart of the capital city.
