Ponca Tribe of Nebraska - Transit Center

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is pleased to partner with Buffalo Spirit, LLC to construct this new transit facility for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. When complete, the building will provide offices, transit space and a storm shelter for the Tribe’s Norfolk Campus. Acting as general contractor for Buffalo Spirit, LLC, our scopes of work include: demolition, earthwork, site utilities, roadway, landscaping, landscape irrigation, building erection and interior finishes.
