Job Summary: Construction Project Manager

Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial construction is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager in Omaha, NE

Job Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager

  • Finding innovative and customer driven solutions to unique problems
  • Proactively working with customers (internal and external)
  • Professionally addressing concerns and needs of employees and customers
  • Provide Timely and business oriented results and feedback
  • Comply with Ayars & Ayars Inc. company policies and procedures and positively representing the company in all our endeavors

Job Qualifications and Skills: Construction Project Manager

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Experience with Microsoft Programs
  • Experience with Timberline software a plus
