330 West P St. - Concrete Overlay

We teamed up with Speedway Properties to complete a concrete overlay project. Crews removed, hauled off, and disposed of selective sidewalk, existing asphalt, and existing bumpers around the parking lot. They then installed an average of 6” of concrete paving over the remaining asphalt, 4” thick concrete sidewalk, and completed striping of the entire parking lot and handicap stalls. Our final scope of work for this project included furnishing and installing soil and seeding around the perimeter of the parking lot.
