ADM - Boiler Room

The existing exterior brick was beginning to collapse and the structural steel supporting the floors above the buildings main boiler system was failing. To say this was a TOP priority for ADM would be an under statement. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. has extensive experience with structural steel and metal siding which gave ADM a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing finish once the project was completed. One of the biggest challenges of this project was the complexity of the shoring that was needed to remove the existing corroded steel while also installing the new steel.
