Harley Bair leased spec buildings all over the Lincoln, NE area. He had a modular design to attract all kinds of tenants. He could have selected anyone to construct the buildings on his land but he chose Ayars & Ayars, Inc. because he was comfortable with the service we provided him on earlier projects. These buildings were ideal for tenants because they included end bays that could be subdivided for multiple tenants. Each building had a front door, a drive in door, a dock door that included a unique design that included ramped sidewalls - we now refer to this as a “Harley Dock”. All of these buildings started as spec warehouse space. The offices / partitions were built in to serve specific tenant needs later.
