Carnegie Library, listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, is now the hub of economic development for Gage County thanks to the efforts of Ayars & Ayars, Inc. Challenges we will successfully overcome during the completion of this project include: upgrading the structural envelope and energy efficiency of the building without diminishing it’s historic significance and ensuring accessibility and creating state of the art office space for 3 separate agencies. Undertaking this type of project underscores our commitment to utilizing available resources to the fullest extent possible without compromising functionality.
