Champion Homes

This expansive facility is headquarters for Champion Homes, a leader in mobile and modular home production. Raw materials stage on a rail track system at one end of the building and emerge on the other end approximately one day later, ready for transport to the customer’s chosen location. The entire process can be observed from a second floor office mezzanine on the west side of the building. The project included exterior paving, and a staging area for units awaiting transportation.
