Originally built as a grand hotel in 1915; Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was chosen to re-purpose the building as Nebraska’s first micro-brew pub. Preserving the hotel’s original flavor as mandated by the National Historic Preservation Act, the restaurant features a fine dining experience served in a unique atmosphere.
