Lux Center for the Arts

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is excited to partner with another University Place business to complete a remodel for the LUX Center for the Arts. We renovated their existing facility and installed a new electrical service and HVAC system. The updated space is home to the ceramics center. Our scope of work included demolition on the existing site, installation of all new finishes, new roof, renovation of exterior structure for outside Kilns, building a steel pergola at the entrance of the facility, and pouring new concrete parking and sidewalks.
