Makovicka Physical Therapy - 48ROCK Expansion

We teamed up with Makovicka Physical Therapy in 2016 to complete a tenant finish project at 48ROCK. Fast forward four years later and they had already outgrown their space. Luckily for them, there was another empty bay right next door making it a breeze to complete another tenant finish that would allow plenty of space! Our scope of work for the project includes demolition, carpentry, moisture protection, and finishes.
