This family owned business of over 70 years was growing and it was time to get into a facility where they would be able to process all of their own beef and pork products. McLean Beef can now process 20-25 head of cattle a week to produce their own USDA certified products. This facility includes a high-end retail store & tasting bar, a full kitchen, and all of the equipment and space necessary to complete the entire processing operation under one roof. It also includes a 24/7 meat vending machine for customers to use!
