Monolith Materials

When Monolith Materials needed a few new facilities for their plant in Hallam, Nebraska, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was called to the job. We constructed five new Butler Pre-Engineered Metal buildings / structures to serve as warehouse space, open storage, office space, a maintenance area, & a small well house. All five structures reached a total of 26,653 sq. ft. Our scope of work for the project included site work, concrete, metals and carpentry.
