One Technology Place

One Technology Place is a resource provided in conjuncture with the University of Nebraska to help launch small, high tech businesses. The tilt-up concrete shell provides an energy efficient, low maintenance facility. Because tilt-up can be designed to allow more interior clear span space, it is well suited to the numerous interior finish packages that have occurred to support the various tenants that have begun their operations here.
