RES Technology Infrastructure

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was excited to work on another project at Northgate Crossing in Beatrice, Nebraska. We have completed several projects within this development. First, the completion of Davita Renal Treatment Center, followed by RES Technology. The infrastructure project included improvements and additions to our first project with RES Technology. The development will boast additional sanitary and storm sewer, water main, gas line and electrical, including paving for new roads and street lighting. These infrastructure improvements pave the way for further developments at Northgate Crossing.
