University Pointe

Highlighting the many facets of Ayars & Ayars, Inc’s construction abilities, University Pointe is a cornerstone in the re-vitalization of the historic University Place neighborhood. Our design-build team renovated a former telephone switching office; re-purposing it as the new headquarters of the Lincoln Police Department’s Northeast Team. Currently undergoing certification as Lincoln’s first LEED Gold commercial project, 48ROCK combines tilt up, a unique floor plan and ultra high end finishes; creating highly desirable professional and retail spaces.
