Steve & Barry's University Sportswear

Once the home of a well-known department store at Westfield Shoppingtown, Ayars and Ayars, Inc. repurposed the darkened space as a Steve & Berry’s University Sportswear affiliate. Highlighting the work of our carpenters, our scopes of work on the two story renovation included: demolition, framing, wall covering, paint, floor covering, cabinetry and fixtures. Completing this project on time and budget, we were pleased to assist this popular store open it’s first Lincoln outlet.
