Zumbro River Brand - Break Room Addition

Zumbro River Brand chose Ayars & Ayars, Inc. again to complete thier project because they knew from past experiences we would be able to complete it on time and on budget. The facility was in need of an updated, much larger break room. This 1,800 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal addition with IMP panels and a standing seam roof also added a generous amount of space for employee lockers. Our scope of work included steel erection, concrete/foundation, installation of suspended ceiling, windows and doors.
