We've moved! Our new office is located in the 48Rock Building at 2436 N. 48th Street.

48Rock is the latest design-build project for Ayars & Ayars, Inc. and will be the first design-build built to qualify LEED Gold Certified development project in Lincoln, NE.

Auburn Public Schools (High School & Elementary) is Nebraska's latest school project utilizing design-build under Nebraska's LB889. Project completed on time and on budget with no missed days of school.

Design-Build for Political Subdivisions as defined by Nebraska LB889.
