You will be the face of our team to deliver custom Design-Build solutions for business owners construction needs.

Job Requirements:

Those considering applying for this position must be capable of performing the following tasks:

  • Engage in continual prospecting to include: cold calling, referral generation, networking, and marketing activities to sell our services to facility managers, top executives, and government leaders
  • Establish and maintain new and existing relationships with corporate clients
  • Goal oriented and driven by setting written goals and developing a written 30/60/90 day plan to achieve. Be able to execute the plan and continually evaluate on a daily and weekly basis
  • Able to organize and lead a project team to close the sale
  • Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
  • Occasional travel to trade shows and sales presentations
  • Live and work in the Lakeville, MN (Twin Cities) market

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Have a strong passion for sales with a high ambition to achieve income goals
  • Have experience building relationships and making sales up to multimillion dollar projects
  • Base salary with a predominately commission based sales
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related engineering/construction field preferred, extensive sales/marketing experience may substitute.
