Ayars & Ayars, Inc., is a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for Full-Time Commercial Construction Crew Leader located in Lakeville, MN.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This job requires project leadership
  • The ability to lead and self perform work in the areas of concrete, carpentry, masonry and metal building erection
  • Some projects are new construction, others are remodeling projects
  • The majority of the work is for commercial or industrial companies

Job Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in construction
  • Ability to lead small crews
  • Demolition experience with removal of walls, flooring, ceilings and doors
  • Concrete experience in forming, pouring, and finishing (footings, poured walls, slabs, sidewalks, steps)
  • Masonry experience laying brick, block and/or stone
  • Carpentry experience with metal and wood stud framing, drywall hanging, wall sheathing, backing, blocking
  • CDL endorsement a plus
  • Proficient in reading blue prints
  • Must be self motivated and detail oriented
  • Able to plan, schedule, order materials, and work with employees and clients
  • Basic computer skills
