Farmhouse Fraternity

Founded in 1905, Farmhouse Fraternity has long been considered at the top of the academic charts at UNL. When the fraternity elected to renovate it’s facility, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. value engineered a renovation that met the house needs and budget A building addition, new roof, fire suppression, kitchen, dining area, living room and improved sleeping quarters were the major highlights of this project.
