Fillmore County Fairgrounds

Adding functionality while decreasing energy costs were the goals of this design-build project. Kitchen, pantry, walk-in cooler, storage area, restrooms and an office were relocated to the new addition, re-purposing the original building as a large exhibition hall. Retrofitting additional insulation in the existing roof and sidewalls saves energy and lowers the building’s operational expenses. New restrooms in both the sections of the building add to the comfort of fair-goers. As evidenced by our long history of projects throughout the Midwest, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is a strong supporter of smaller cities and rural areas.
