Construction Project Manager Intern
Job Description
Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for a Project Managers Intern, Full-Time for summer, Part-Time during school year, if available. Selected candidates will train with Senior Level Project Managers in all aspects of Ayars & Ayars project administration. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Contract Administration
- Project Scheduling
- Submittals / RFI’s
- Material Ordering
- Jobsite Inspections
- Project Meetings
- Monthly Invoice Approvals
- Monthly Project Billing
- Plan and Schedule Reviews
- Site work
