Lincoln Industries - Re-Roof

Safely replacing a failing section of roof and it’s insulation without disrupting Lincoln Industries delicate metal finishing operations was the goal of this project. Challenges our metals crew overcame to complete this re-roof included: keeping the building weather-tight throughout the construction cycle, incorporating the new panels into the facility’s roof system and installing thirty-one new curbs around existing roof penetrations. Other scopes of work included new trims, gutter, walkway and stairs.
