Construction Project Manager Intern

Job Description

Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for an under-grad Construction Management or Estimating Intern, Full-Time during the summer and Part-Time throughout the school year. Selected candidates will train with Senior Level Project Managers and Estimators or Site Supervisors in all aspects of Ayars & Ayars project administration. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Contract Administration
  • Project Scheduling
  • Submittals / RFI’s
  • Material Ordering
  • Jobsite Inspections
  • Project Meetings
  • Monthly Invoice Approvals
  • Monthly Project Billing
  • Plan and Schedule Reviews
  • Labor
