Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial construction is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager in Lincoln,NE

Job Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager

  • Oversee project execution from concept through completion, keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure projects stay aligned with expectations
  • Develop innovative, customer-driven solutions to unique construction challenges
  • Proactively partner with internal teams and external clients to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Address the concerns and needs of employees and customers professionally and promptly
  • Deliver timely, business-oriented results and feedback to stakeholders
  • Assist with invoicing, job costing, and account follow-up
  • Support marketing and business development efforts
  • Represent Ayars & Ayars Inc. positively while upholding company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications and Skills: Construction Project Manager

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Timberline software a plus
  • Working knowledge of masonry, concrete forming and finishing, and carpentry
  • Basic accounting and job costing knowledge
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
