Bair Investments - 3210 Superior St. - P.I.E. Trucking Terminal

Harley Bair leased spec buildings all over the Lincoln, NE area. He had a modular design to attract all kinds of tenants. He could have selected anyone to construct the buildings on his land but he chose Ayars & Ayars, Inc. because he was comfortable with the service we provided him on earlier projects. These buildings were ideal for tenants because they included end bays that could be subdivided for multiple tenants. This building was originally built for P.I.E Trucking Terminal. Their original building burnt down and we rebuilt it for Bair Investments.
