Dragon Cafe

Wanting to capitalize on being named one of the 100 best Chinese restaurants in the Midwest, Dragon Cafe chose mid-town Omaha for it’s second location. Design- build facilitated rapid project development, allowing the owner to focus attention on their business while Ayars & Ayars, Inc. concentrated on construction details. The project’s biggest challenge involved design and installation a range hood capable of meeting the demands of wok-style cooking.
