Holdrege & Idylwild

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was pleased to be selected general contractor for this three-story, mixed use facility. The new building is part of the overall redevelopment of the Holdrege & Idylwild neighborhood. It will provide luxury studio apartments for off-campus housing and additional retail opportunities across from UNL’s East Campus.
