Jet Splash’s fourth location features an insulated concrete form (ICF) system designed especially for car washes. This system consists of rigid extruded polymer components that serve as the finished form-work for a variety of concrete walls including bearing, non-bearing, retaining, and foundation wall applications. Wall systems are available in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors to meet many lo-rise building needs, from the simplest enclosure to complex architectural designs. Advantages of building with ICF include: thermal efficiency, moisture resistance, sound absorption and a faster construction cycle (when compared to traditional wood framing).
