After Ayars & Ayars, Inc. completed Makovicka’s last tenant finish project at 48ROCK in Lincoln, there was no question who would be at the top of the list to call when it was time to open another office. Our crews completed the company’s 11th location at 70th & O St. in Lincoln, NE. This 2,000 sq. ft. tenant finish is complete with treatment rooms, a reception and waiting area, office space to maximize organization, and an open exercise area for patients to utilize.
