After helping to create the Monsanto Waco Campus in 2009, Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was pleased to play a major role in this campus expansion. 2013 projects included: 1. Warehouse Expansion - 102,720 sq. ft. 2. Pump House and Water Tank - 1,600 sq. ft. 3. Research Dryer Canopy - 1,700 sq. ft. 4. Bulk Storage Addition Floor- 22,092 sq. ft. 5. Dryer Foundations/Floor - 31,900 sq. ft. 6. Dryer Foundations/Floor - 31,900 sq. ft. 7. Husk Sort Building - 14,379 sq. ft. 8. Green Corn Unloading Project - 72,900 sq. ft. 9. Green Corn Structural Decking - 20,800 sq. ft. 10. Truck Scale - 1,008 sq. ft. 11. Husk Sort Parking Lot - 15,083 sq. ft.
