Ayars & Ayars, Inc. is proud to have many returning clients who have completed multiple projects. Planet Fitness is just one of the many that fit this mold. This tenant finish is the new home to the second Planet Fitness franchise in the Lincoln area. The project began by removing an old grocery store and splitting the area into two separate entities. Highlighting the abilities of crew members, our scopes of work included: new structural steel roof support, electrical service, metal stud framing, flooring, installation of benches, showers, dressing rooms, and toilets, along with the installation of storefront windows and vestibule.
