Small Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. stood ready to answer the Army’s call for a new facility at Fort Leavenworth. Our commitment to self-performance ensured quality workmanship and adherence to schedule. Our team’s scopes of work included: foundations, cast-in-place concrete walls, concrete flat-work, and masonry work. Highlighting the abilities of our workforce, this project was 1 of 5 building shells completed by Ayars & Ayars, Inc. during the summer of 2010 at Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley - all of them on time and budget.
