St. Francis - Drainage

St. Francis had been having issues pertaining to water seepage into the basement from the existing windows as well as the existing roof gutter downspout for a while. We had completed other projects with the diocese, so they knew it was the right choice to have Ayars tackle this one as well. Our scope of work for this project included demoing out the existing concrete gutter system and then replacing it with new underground drainage, replacing the lower windows, re-grading and sodding disturbed areas, concrete sidewalk patching, and brick patching.
