Starbucks - 33rd & O St.

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. demonstrates the next advancement in tilt-up concrete design. The exterior panels on this project combine the strength and durability of concrete with the latest advancements in foam technology to produce a hybrid tilt-up panel perfectly suited for this application. Starbucks currently anchors the building. One of the many challenges we overcame on this project was relocating a existing wireless tower during construction and then incorporating that tower back into the new facility.
