T.O. Plastics - Snowdrift Remediation & Roof Strengthening

T.O. Plastic’s facility was in need of some essential updates after their existing roof struggled last winter during snowfalls. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was called in to install strengthening measures to the roof so it can withstand snow loads in the future while also preventing snow drifting. We were able to provide an efficient and cost effective solution to their issues while also working with their unique existing building conditions. Our scope of work for this project includes installing structural steel trusses to their existing roof, and in a separate area, providing steel beams and a column to reinforce the existing roof.
