The Ice Box

Who would have thought that the old horse barn at Nebraska State Fair Park had the potential to become one of the “coolest” buildings in Lincoln? The home ice of the Lincoln Stars, affiliated with the United States Hockey League, seats 4,231 hockey fans. This project received the “Excellence in Construction Award for Historic Renovation” by Associated Builders and Contractors in 1996.
