Twin City Homes - Renovation

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. and Twin City Homes worked together to renovate their office space in Rosemount, MN. Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was originally hired to repair a damaged wall. To cut costs Twin City Homes also decided to complete an interior remodel at the same time. The remodel included demolition of existing bay windows and framing in new ones. We also brought the restrooms up to ADA standards, replaced and raised suspended ceilings, and replaced the lighting and outdated electric panel. Choosing Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was an easy decision for Twin City Homes because we took the time to sit down with them and explain everything from proposal to drawings, all the while staying within their budget.
