UTC Aerospace Re-Roof

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was excited to be working with UTC Aerospace Systems to complete a 105,000 sq. ft. re-roof at their existing facility in York, Nebraska. Our scope of work included demolition and metal fabrication. After demolishing the selected roof trims, gutters and downspout, we installed a new MR-24® Roof System over the existing roof. Wood blocks separate the new and old roof, and insulation was installed to ensure no foreign objects were introduced to the new roofing system.
