Job Summary: Superintendent – Construction
Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for Full-Time Superintendent.
Job Responsibilities: Superintendent – Construction
- Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, self performed crews, material, equipment, and inspections
- Ensure specifications and drawings are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
- Superintendent shall be responsible for job site safety, project documentation, jobsite meetings, scheduling, inspections, and quality control
- Travel may be required
Job Qualifications and Skills: Superintendent – Construction
- 3 years of experience in performing building maintenance and construction
- Proficient in reading blue prints
- Proficient knowledge in carpentry and be familiar with door and window installation
- Basic computer skills
- Self motivated and detail oriented
