Job Summary: Superintendent – Construction

Ayars & Ayars, Inc., a Design-Build General Contractor in Commercial Construction is looking for Full-Time Superintendent.

Job Responsibilities: Superintendent – Construction

  • Provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, self performed crews, material, equipment, and inspections
  • Ensure specifications and drawings are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
  • Superintendent shall be responsible for job site safety, project documentation, jobsite meetings, scheduling, inspections, and quality control
  • Travel may be required

Job Qualifications and Skills: Superintendent – Construction

  • 3 years of experience in performing building maintenance and construction
  • Proficient in reading blue prints
  • Proficient knowledge in carpentry and be familiar with door and window installation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self motivated and detail oriented
