United Farmers Cooperative

Ayars & Ayars, Inc. was pleased to have been selected design-builder for the new corporate offices of United Farmers Cooperative, now Central Valley Agriculture. Pre-fabricating the walls facilitated early enclosure, allowing interior finishes to progress during the winter. Scopes of work on this project included: foundations, carpentry, masonry, concrete flat-work, paving, interior finishes and landscaping.
