A1 Cabinet & Granite called on Ayars & Ayars, Inc. when they were in dire need of more space. They wanted to go with a builder that they knew and trusted - they knew we were the right choice. This 85,000 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered Metal building houses A1’s fabrication room, cabinet assembly room, warehouse space, office and showroom all in one. A drive lane wraps around the entire building to create an easy route for trucks while coming and going. Our scope of work for the project included sitework, concrete, metals, carpentry, and various finishes.
